A two story addition includes a sunken family room with woodburning fireplace, a master suite with full bath, a screened porch, and enables the existing dated kitchen and bathroom to be re-envisioned. The rooflines and exterior finishes blend seamlessly to the 1938 home, while the interior spaces will have their own contemporary feel. The addition is also designed to protect the root system of a 80 year old white pine tree.
